1. Inquire at the Office of Accademic Support (OAS) and ask for the Student Application Form.
2. Fill-out the Student Application Form.
3. Send the following requirements to the Office of Accademic Support (OAS) together with the accomplished Student Application Form.
4. Take the Assessment Test and Reading Comprehension Test.
5. Interview with the Academic Department Head.
6. Once requirements have been evaluated, the Admissions Officer will email you for enrollment.
1. Click Online Admissions Button.
2. Fill-out the Student Application Form.
3. Send the following requirements to oas@hsis.edu.ph
4. Take the Assessment Test and Reading Comprehension Test.
5. Interview with the Academic Department Head.
6. Once requirements have been evaluated, the Admissions Officer will email you for enrollment.
Note: Steps 4 and 5 will not be implemented this Academic Year 2022-2023.
