On-site Pre-Admission

(For New Students Only)

1. Inquire at the Office of Accademic Support (OAS) and ask for the Student Application Form.

2. Fill-out the Student Application Form.

3. Send the following requirements to the Office of Accademic Support (OAS) together with the accomplished Student Application Form.

1. a. PSA Birth Certificate
2. b. Report Card (SF9)
3. c. Certificate of Moral Character
4. d. 2x2 Photo with white background

4. Take the Assessment Test and Reading Comprehension Test.

5. Interview with the Academic Department Head.

6. Once requirements have been evaluated, the Admissions Officer will email you for enrollment.

Online Pre-Admission

(For New Students Only)

1. Click Online Admissions Button.

2. Fill-out the Student Application Form.

3. Send the following requirements to oas@hsis.edu.ph

1. a. PSA Birth Certificate
2. b. Report Card (SF9)
3. c. Certificate of Moral Character
4. d. 2x2 Photo with white background

4. Take the Assessment Test and Reading Comprehension Test.

5. Interview with the Academic Department Head.

6. Once requirements have been evaluated, the Admissions Officer will email you for enrollment.
