1. Fill-out and submit the Enrollment Sheet at the Registrar's Office.
2. Choose the mode of payment.
3. Pay the Tuition and Other Fees at the Business and Finance Office (OBF).
4. Sign the Certificate of Registration (COR) and submit to the Registrar's Office.
5. Claim your learning materials at the Office of Academic Support (OAS).
1. Click the button for Online Enrollment.
2. Choose the mode of payment.
3. Pay the Tuition and Other Fees through our Online Payment Facilities or E-Wallets (GCash and Maya).
4. Email a scanned copy or screenshot of the proof of payment with the Full Name and Grade Level of the Student at info@hsis.edu.ph
5. Wait for the Confirmation of your enrollment along with your Certification of Enrollment (COR) via email.
6. Claim your learning materials at the Office of Accademic Support (OAS).
